Terms of Service — LumaVoIP, Business VoIP in Lehi, UT

Last updated: September 2026

Service terms

LumaVoIP business VoIP, cloud PBX, SIP trunking and unified communications services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Hardware purchased outright is yours; hardware on a monthly plan must be returned on cancellation.

Uptime commitment

We target 99.9% monthly platform availability. If we fall short in a given month, you may request a service credit as described in your service order. This commitment excludes outages caused by your internet provider, power, on-site network equipment or scheduled maintenance.

Emergency calling (E911)

VoIP 911 service differs from traditional landline 911. You must keep your registered service address current for each location and device, and understand that calls may not connect during power or internet outages. We provide failover options during onboarding.

Acceptable use

Services may not be used for unlawful purposes, unsolicited robocalling, spoofing, or activity that harms our network or other users. We monitor for toll fraud and may suspend service to protect your account.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges (such as international calling) are billed in arrears. Taxes and regulatory fees are itemized separately.
